The mopping function is impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad for a deep clean. It also has mop lifter which lifts the pad automatically when it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad is capable of rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. You can set it and forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I used it on its normal mop and vac settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only drawback is that it's expensive. Its sheer number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can afford the hefty price tag we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum cleaner vacuum and mop combo. Its high-end price is justified by its powerful features, which include the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also has an app-based controller that is smart and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed admirably across the home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on all kinds of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed admirably and Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement and a strong dose cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, fills its water tank for mopping, and dry its mop pads for you. It also features an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions with its intelligent controls.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops that I tried and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. The base station must be cleaned, and the dustbag and water tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent mildew and unpleasant odors. It is also important to remember that the mop pads that are bought separately, are required to be replaced regularly too.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey pricing and its extensive features I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. For those who are on a smaller budget, I suggest considering a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying clean hands at home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could buy however, its price and ongoing maintenance will make it more of an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot automatic vacuum cleaner and mop and mop that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors, while taking care of wet mess you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. Like most robotic vacuums and mop combos, the S1 Pro is ready to come out of the box. It does need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. However, if you do select this option you'll have to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your personal cleaner of choice.

As with most robots, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple of times on longer pile carpets and rugs in my tests however this could be rectified as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers a lot of functionality at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop however it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning up a significant portion of an area before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction is capable of removing dirt and pet hair on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is complex, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean all areas mapped by this device or select individual rooms, an expandable zone or a custom routine you've designed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just like the other Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system is robust, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat fashion. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

The one glaring flaw of this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option that could be a problem for people who are frequently vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes the option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the vacuum's mopping capability to get rid of the last remnants of debris and dust that are left behind by the vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum clean a little better than its cheaper competitors.
